Mark Cross offers complimentary returns on all full-price orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and heritage box, ensuring all authenticity cards and tags are included.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return shipping carton.

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or contact our concierge team to schedule a complimentary courier pickup.
